Stitcher for Podcasts App Reviews

Stitcher I find to be the most reliable app for hearing live streams and recent shows. Almost no/few buffering issues like with most radio apps. Wish there were more hours in the day so that I could listen to more music and shows on Stitcher!

After I down loaded, I cant log in…this is one of my important tool..Could you fixit asap??

One of the most important apps on my phone.

Stitcher is a greater application with tremendous supporting applications. First of all, stitcher provides programs in diverse titles that suits any listeners taste. I particularly enjoy radio diaries, grammar girl, Lisa B. Marshalls communication pod cast, Snap judgement, and recently business leadership radio. As a listener for over a year now, I believe anyone wanting to increase ones skills in any area must search for something of interest through Stitcher radio. If you believe that the person is just as important as the organization, than you must be on constant learning bata. Thank Stitcher and your family of applications. Darren

My main use for Stitcher is to catch up on podcasts I only listen to occasionally. My main podcasts I listen to in the Podcasts app, but for a quick listen in, Stitcher is perfect. I know Im not using it to its full potential, but there you have it. And to the developers: the machine-translated Japanese description is useless. Unless Apple does it for you, stick to English until you can have it properly translated.

Vastly improved now, use it daily and would give it 5 stars but still has the defect of requiring a connection when logging in (even if you can dowload content for offline listening)

The new version of stitcher is horrible. It wont recognize the account Ive been using since its inception and wont allow me to register a new account. Theyve just lost a loyal account holder.

They fixed the bugs and made it faster. That Listen Later option is a life saver!! Thank you!!

best app for podcasts out there, shame on you if you are still using itunes for it

Not bad. News redio, like i bought (0.99 c). But those one have much more station.

This appl works great but I would add some keys to move along the track and a background play option. Anyway great job!!!

Stitcher is a well-designed app that is a good introduction to podcasts for the beginner. However, there are two major issues with it: 1. Ads. On top of any ads your podcast has, like Mailchimp in Serial, Stitcher inserts their own ads too. 2. Ownership. Stitcher is bad for podcasters, making them lock into Stitchers closed system. There are so many better options out there. Start with Overcast. Its free, better designed, and has none of the problems above.

The app does not with. It kept loading but nothing happen!

Used to love this app and use it every day, but unable to use it since downloading the update. The app no longer updates some of the shows in my playlist. All I hear is static with a message "content no longer available from content provider". Other times it works just fine. I have been unable to listen to the Fox News hourly update for two days now. Please fix so I can give it five stars.

The "listen later" function does not work. After trying to fix it for the past hour, Ive noticed how crappy the interface flows. Im switching to some other podcast app.
